Description
Titan Terrain 2 Tonne Rugged Floor Jack
The Titan Terrain 2 Tonne Rugged Floor Jack is designed for users who need more versatility than a conventional workshop trolley jack.
Suitable for 4WDs, utes, farm vehicles, workshop maintenance and mobile applications, the rugged floor jack combines a 2,000kg lifting capacity with a high lifting range and large solid nylon wheels that make it easier to manoeuvre across uneven surfaces.
A full-length steel skid plate helps distribute the jack’s footprint when working on surfaces such as gravel, dirt, grass and other rough ground, while still allowing the jack to be used on conventional workshop floors.
2 Tonne 4WD Jack with 615mm Maximum Lift
The Titan Terrain 2T jack has a minimum lifting height of 155mm, making it suitable for many standard vehicles as well as higher-clearance 4WDs.
Without the extension, the jack raises to 455mm. Fit the supplied extension and the maximum lifting height increases to 615mm, providing additional reach for lifted vehicles and high chassis or axle lifting points.
Designed for Workshop and Off-Road Use
Unlike conventional trolley jacks that are primarily designed for smooth concrete floors, the Titan Terrain rugged floor jack incorporates several features intended to improve usability in workshops and outdoor environments.
Key features include:
- 2,000kg working load capacity
- 155mm minimum lifting height
- 455mm maximum height without extension
- 615mm maximum height with supplied extension
- Large solid nylon wheels
- Full-length steel skid plate
- Rapid double-pump hydraulic system
- Titan Terrain lever-lock system
- Integrated balanced carry handle
- 12mm aluminium side plates
- Stainless steel hardware
- Solid steel axles and lifting arm
- Extension included
- Skid plate included
- Replacement parts and accessories available separately
Large Solid Nylon Wheels
The large-diameter solid nylon wheels are designed to roll more easily over small obstacles and rougher surfaces than the small steel castors typically fitted to conventional workshop trolley jacks.
This makes the 2 tonne off-road floor jack particularly useful for mobile mechanics, 4WD owners, farms, workshops and field maintenance applications where the working surface may not always be perfectly smooth.
Full-Length Steel Skid Plate
A steel skid plate runs along the underside of the jack. In addition to protecting the lower assembly, the plate increases the contact area underneath the jack and helps reduce its tendency to dig into softer or uneven ground.
Appropriate lifting procedures and a suitably firm and stable working surface must always be used.
