Utilux SL68M16 Aluminium Terminal Lug is an M16 palm version of the Utilux SL68 compression lug used in railway and overhead electrical applications.
Additionally, the SL-series design uses an extruded aluminium compression barrel with pre-filled jointing compound and suits compatible AAC, AAAC and ACSR conductor applications.

Utilux SL Aluminium LugsUtilux SL68 Aluminium Lug – Rail & Overhead Terminal Lug
Specifically, Utilux SL68 Aluminium Terminal Lug for non-tension connections on compatible AAC, AAAC and ACSR conductors with an outside diameter from 14–16mm.
Additionally, the SL68 forms part of the Utilux Type SL overhead lug range and features extruded aluminium construction with jointing compound pre-filled into the barrel.
The SL68 is also used in railway electrical and overhead line applications, making correct conductor and crimp-die selection particularly important.

Cembre Rail Connection SystemsAR60.41-INST
The Cembre AR60.41-INST is the dedicated installation kit required for fitting AR60A-41 double-sided rail web bush connections on 40–44 mm thick rail webs, including 40TAL rail.
Designed for use with the Cembre HTEP or B1300TEP-T hydraulic installation tools, the kit adapts the standard AR installation system for correct installation of the AR60A-41 thick-web connection.
Cembre Rail Connection SystemsCembre VASCO5000 Rail Drill Coolant
Cembre VASCO5000 is a biodegradable, vegetable-based lubricating coolant concentrate recommended for Cembre rail drills, broach cutters and AR rail connection installations.
Mixed at 5% concentrate to 95% water, VASCO5000 provides effective lubrication and cooling during rail drilling. When used for drilling Cembre AR connection holes, the hole does not require drying before installation of the AR bush.
Available in 3 L, 10 L and 25 L containers.
