KSS black spiral wrapping band for wire management
KSS black spiral wrapping band gathers wires and cables into a manageable bundle. Its flexible spiral construction follows the wiring route, while the black finish provides a consistent appearance along the cable run. Use the KSBK range for electrical harnesses and general cable bundling.
This polyethylene (PE) band comes in a cut-to-length format. Wind it around the wires to form the bundle, then secure the ends with suitable cable ties. The durable spiral design is reusable, allowing you to remove and refit the wrapping when the wiring changes.
Black wrapping sizes
Engineering Supplies lists the following seven sizes in 10 m packs. Match the wrapping range to the diameter of the complete bundle. Outside diameter, wall thickness and spiral pitch describe the wrapping band itself.

Choosing and fitting the band
- Measure the wires together to establish the required bundle diameter.
- Select a wrapping range that covers that measurement.
- Cut the band to length and fix one end with a cable tie.
- Wrap clockwise around the wires, following the cable route.
- Secure the completed run and check the fit around bends.
