The Cembre AR260L provides a permanent, double-sided electrical connection through rail webs 16.5–19.0 mm thick, suiting heavy haul railway and signal track circuit applications.

Specifically, installation uses a 19 mm drilled hole and the OG13.2 or OG13.2T mandrel to create an M12 electrical connection without welding.
