Cembre PE spiral bits are steel drill bits for rail drilling with Cembre LD series machines. This range offers three listed hole sizes: 8 mm, 13 mm and 13.5 mm. Choose the part number that matches the hole required and the correct adaptor for your drill.

These adaptor references come from the LD series table in the Cembre rail catalogue. Drill models can require different fittings. Therefore, check the operating manual for your exact machine before choosing an adaptor or fitting the bit.
Features for rail drilling

The cooling system helps reduce friction and heat at the drilling point. Follow the drill instructions for the correct coolant, feed and set-up. In addition, check the bit for wear before starting each job.
Selecting the right part
Use the size and part-number table to choose PE80, PE130 or PE135. The range SKU is PE; the individual code identifies the actual bit. When replacing a bit, also check the adaptor already fitted and the model shown on the drill.
