Porcelain aerodynamic line pin insulators
These aerodynamic line pin insulators are porcelain fittings in 11, 22 and 33 kV options. Each uses a Pattern C pin thread. Select the full DULALP SKU to match the voltage, creepage distances and mounting pin listed for your assembly.
First, check the required part number against the table below. The three options differ in body size and creepage. They also have different pin references, so voltage alone is not enough to confirm a replacement.

The corresponding catalogue numbers are ALP/11/275, ALP/22/450 and ALP/33/920. The X–Y and X–Z values follow two different creepage paths in the drawing on page 10-5 of the Dulmison catalogue. Neither value is the overall height.

All three have a listed B dimension of 102 mm and C dimension of 76 mm. Use the catalogue drawing to locate each letter and check the required clearances. Also, confirm the pin and mounting hardware needed for the installation; the pin reference does not establish what is supplied with the insulator.
The photograph illustrates the general porcelain form. However, it does not show each voltage option to scale. For a physical fit check, use the dimensions for the selected SKU.
