Description
The Cembre B1300PL is a portable 18V battery-powered electro-hydraulic pump for operating compatible Cembre hydraulic heads.
It develops hydraulic pressure up to 700 bar without requiring mains power or a manual hydraulic pump. Therefore, it provides a practical power source for field crimping, cable cutting and other compatible hydraulic applications.
In addition, its compact 4 kg design, 90 cm flexible hose and cordless operation make it easy to transport and position around the worksite.
B1300PL Hydraulic Operation
The pump uses an 18V battery-powered electric motor to operate its hydraulic system.
Its two-speed hydraulic action helps reduce operating time. First, the pump rapidly supplies hydraulic oil to advance the connected head. Then, it changes to the high-pressure stage required to complete the operation.
As a result, operators get faster head positioning together with hydraulic pressure up to 700 bar.
90 cm High-Pressure Hydraulic Hose
The tool includes a 90 cm flexible high-pressure hose.
The hydraulic system uses automatic-locking quick couplers for fast connection to compatible Cembre hydraulic equipment. Therefore, operators can position the connected head separately from the pump while keeping both within easy reach.
For example, this arrangement is particularly useful when working with hydraulic crimping or cutting heads in substations, switchboards and field maintenance applications.
Battery Operation and Portable Design
The compact pump weighs approximately 4 kg in operating configuration.
Consequently, operators can move it easily between work locations or carry it alongside the connected hydraulic head.
