The Cembre PP2 coolant guide pin is an 80 mm long, 8 mm diameter accessory for short CY broach cutters. It suits cutters from 19–40 mm diameter and controls the cooling mixture supply during rail drilling.

Short cutter selection

For a long CY.L cutter from 18–40 mm, select the PPL2 guide pin specified for that series. Although both pins have an 8 mm diameter, the PPL2 is 100 mm long. Therefore, confirm the required length as well as the diameter.
