Termco Dual Cord End Terminals (Boot Lace)
Dual cord end terminals crimp onto two stripped stranded conductors. They present a single, joined metal sleeve rather than two separate ferrules. Termco dual cord end terminals suit stranded conductors from 0.5mm² to 16mm² per conductor. Each size is colour-coded to the DIN 46228 standard, so the conductor size is identifiable at a glance.
Because the twin ferrule surrounds both conductors evenly, it lets two wires land in one spring-cage or screw terminal point. In turn, neither conductor needs to be stripped and left to splay loose strands. Consequently, this ferrule style suits a bridged or looped connection at a single terminal.
