Termco Blade Terminals – 1.5–2.5mm² Blue
Blade terminals crimp onto a stripped conductor and present a flat blade end rather than a ring, fork, pin or bullet. Termco blue blade terminals suit stranded conductors from 1.5mm² to 2.5mm², matching the blue colour code.
Because the blade pushes straight into a matching socket contact, this range suits equipment sockets, fuse carriers and relay bases built to accept a blade end. Consequently, blade terminals cover a different mating style from a ring, fork or push-on terminal.
Blade Lengths, Types and Insulation
Specifically, this range covers blade lengths from 9mm to 18mm, in two blade types:
- Straight blade terminals
- Hooked blade terminals, with a small hook at the tip that helps resist pull-out in a press-fit socket
In addition, the range covers two insulation styles:
