Termco Copper LugsTermco Bell Mouth Copper Lugs
Description
Termco Copper Bell Mouth Lugs – are made with a flared cable entry (similar looking to a bell) to suit flexible cables, that when de-sheathed, often fray and become difficult to insert into the correct size copper tube.
Overall, the flared entry allows for ease of insertion of any cable without having to go up a lug size and risking a weaker crimp connection. These are available in 10mm² – 300mm² with other sizes available made to order.
In addition, all Termco Copper Lugs and Links are made to the highest possible specifications and are electro tinned finished. Manufactured to Australian dimensions, the Termco Copper Lugs and Links comply with Australian Standards AS/NZS4325.1 and is fully compatible with existing Australian tooling.

Termco TerminalsSingle Cord End Teminals (Boot Lace)
Termco Single Cord End Terminals (Boot Lace) are crimp ferrules for stranded conductors from 0.25mm² to 95mm². The ferrule slides over the stripped conductor and holds the individual strands together inside a spring-cage or screw terminal.
Colour-coded to the DIN 46228 standard by conductor size, with a pin length matched to each size. One ferrule fits each conductor.

Termco Copper C-Crimps provide a permanent crimped connection for joining or tapping copper conductors. The C-shaped copper connectors suit a wide range of main and tap conductor combinations and are selected using the appropriate conductor and crimp die chart.

Termco Uninsulated Cord End Terminals (Boot Lace) are crimp ferrules for stranded conductors from 0.5mm² to 70mm². The bare ferrule slides over the stripped conductor and holds the individual strands together inside a spring-cage or screw terminal.
Sold without a colour-coded insulating collar, for use where a separate sleeve is fitted or the terminal itself does not need one.

They come in Insulated, Twin Grip Insulated and Uninsulated styles. In particular, ring terminals suit screw or bolted connections where the terminal must not disconnect if the fixing loosens.
