Description
The Cembre B-FL750ND punching tool is an 18V battery hydraulic tool for punching round, square and rectangular holes in sheet material.
Its balanced bi-linear design gives operators excellent access when working on electrical switchboards, control panels, enclosures and other fabricated sheet-metal assemblies.
The tool can punch stainless steel, mild steel, fibreglass and plastic. Depending on the selected punch and material, it supports round holes up to 140 mm diameter, square holes up to 138 x 138 mm and rectangular holes up to 136 x 72 mm.
Cembre B-FL750ND Punching Tool
The B-FL750ND develops up to 80 kN of hydraulic force and uses an 18V Li-Ion battery system.
Its twin-speed hydraulic operation quickly advances the ram towards the workpiece. Then, the tool automatically changes to a slower and more powerful punching speed.
As a result, operators get fast positioning together with the force required for demanding sheet-metal punching work.
A maximum-pressure valve also controls the hydraulic system during operation.
Adjustable Bi-Linear Punching Head
Two independent joints give the tool head a high degree of movement.
The head can turn through 360° and rotate through 180°. Therefore, operators can position the punch more easily when working inside switchboards, cabinets and other restricted spaces.
In addition, the balanced in-line design and ergonomic handle make the tool comfortable to use during repetitive punching work.
Four LED work lights illuminate the punching area.
Round, Square and Rectangular Hole Punching
The B-FL750ND works with compatible Cembre punches, dies and draw studs for a wide range of hole sizes.
Maximum punching dimensions include:
- Round: up to 140 mm diameter
- Square: up to 138 x 138 mm
- Rectangular: up to 136 x 72 mm
- Sheet thickness: up to 3.5 mm depending on material, hole size and punch type
Actual maximum material thickness varies with the selected punch and sheet material. Therefore, always select the punch and die according to the Cembre punch and accessory tables.
This makes the tool suitable for installing components such as cable glands, push buttons, switches, meters, ventilation equipment and other panel-mounted devices.
SMARTOOL Digital Tool Data
Cembre SMARTOOL technology allows users to view and download recorded operating data from the tool.
This digital capability provides useful information for tool management and maintenance. In addition, the supplied USB connection allows recorded data to be transferred when required.
