Cembre LD-16B-RPT Battery Rail Drill
The Cembre LD-16B-RPT Battery Rail Drill is a high-performance, professional rail drilling machine designed for fast, accurate drilling of railway track without the noise, fumes and maintenance associated with petrol-powered rail drills.
Powered by Cembre’s 36V lithium-ion battery system, the LD-16B-RPT combines high drilling speed, long battery life and low vibration with a powerful brushless motor. With no harmful exhaust emissions, it is particularly well suited to rail maintenance in tunnels, underground rail networks, stations and enclosed environments, as well as night works where reduced noise is important.
Its intelligent electronic drilling assistant monitors drilling load and uses a coloured LED to indicate how the operator should adjust pressure on the drive lever. This helps achieve fast, consistent drilling while maximising cutter performance and battery efficiency.
