Description
The Cembre NR-11P impact wrench is a petrol-powered tool for tightening and loosening fasteners in rail and industrial work. Its 55 cc two-stroke engine drives an impact mechanism rated up to 2,500 Nm. A 1-inch square drive accepts the correct impact socket for the task.

Rail and industrial work
Use the NR-11P to tighten and loosen nuts and bolts on rail tracks. It can work in both vertical and horizontal positions, including access to track bolts across sleepers. The handle layout helps you guide the machine in each position.
Cembre also lists steel structures, bridges, building frames, shipbuilding, pipelines and heavy equipment maintenance among its uses. However, select the socket and work method to suit the fastener and the job specification. Use the torque specified for each joint, which may be well below the machine’s maximum rating.

The manual notes that maximum torque becomes available after a running-in period of two fuel tanks. Follow its start-up and fuel instructions before putting a new machine into service.
Handling and optional trolley support
The handle dampers help reduce vibration reaching the operator. In addition, the handlebar and shield help protect the engine and tank from knocks. The control handle includes a dead-man device to help prevent accidental acceleration.
For rail-mounted support, the NR-11P can work with a CS-EU trolley and the correct interface kit. These are optional accessories. Confirm the kit for the way you plan to work before ordering; the Cembre rail catalogue shows the available support arrangements.
Operating information and support
Read the NR-11P operating and maintenance manual before use. Follow its requirements for hearing and eye protection, vibration exposure and safe refuelling. Run the petrol engine only in a well-ventilated area.
