Compounds for Aluminium Electrical Connections

Alminox H2397 is a conductive compound for aluminium-to-aluminium bolted and compression connections.

It contains conductive zinc particles suspended in a grease base. Under compression, the particles help penetrate the aluminium oxide layer while the compound seals the connection against air and moisture.

Alvania ALV300 suits bolted connections including aluminium-to-aluminium and bi-metal copper-to-aluminium joints.

When applied after correctly preparing the conductor surface, ALV300 helps prevent re-oxidation and protects the connection from moisture ingress.
