Select by material and access
Cable diameter and conductor cross-section describe different measurements. Therefore, check both where the product lists them. Also, confirm whether the material is within the tool’s intended cutting range.
For work around terminal blocks, use the specified bridge tool for the compatible bridge type. For cable runs, compare the cutter shape with the available access.
Next, check the model’s instructions and any required electrical insulation rating. Finally, quote the full model reference when requesting a replacement or matching an existing tool.
