Crimping Tools

Match the tool to the terminal
Ferrule pliers and lug crimpers serve different connection types. Therefore, check the terminal design as well as the wire size. Also, compare the required crimp shape and cable entry direction.
For an interchangeable-die set, confirm that the supplied dies cover the terminals you use. The CRIMPFOX-M SET product page lists its die capacities separately, so you can check each task.
Next, check the connector maker’s preparation and crimping instructions. Finally, include the terminal reference, conductor size and preferred tool model when requesting a match.
