Description
The Phoenix Contact CRIMPFOX-M SET combines one pair of CRIMPFOX-M pliers with four crimping die sets. It covers specified insulated cable lugs, uninsulated conduit lugs and ferrules. The inserts can be changed without tools, so you can move between the listed terminal types using the same pliers.

Start with the terminal type, then check the wire cross-section against the matching row. Each insert has its own range. For example, the larger ferrule insert covers the two stated sizes; it does not extend the insulated-lug range to 25 mm².
A compact set for several crimping tasks
The range of inserts lets you keep several crimping options with one hand tool. In addition, tool-free insert changes simplify the move from one supported terminal type to another. This is useful when a job involves both cable lugs and ferrules within the ranges shown above.
Before use, match the actual terminal part number to the required die and wire size. Follow the terminal maker’s strip-length and crimp guidance as well. A shared wire size does not mean that two different terminal designs use the same insert.
For uninsulated slip-on sleeves requiring a B crimp, compare the separate CRIMPFOX-SC 6 crimping pliers. That tool has a different stated terminal use. Checking the terminal design first helps you choose between a crimper for one task and this multi-insert set.
